How I came to decide to make this club/ non-profit:
My son Kai has struggle with speech delay since he was 2 years old...because of early intervention (private speech specifically) Kai has grown significantly from this. Children with speech delay and other issues such as autism benefit greatly from intervention services such as speech, RDI, aba, and floor time. Through our own struggles, I recogni

ze the need to offer this option to other parents who cannot afford these services. Dance is my skill and passion and I thought it would be neat to use dance as a vehicle to fundraise the funds to offer these families. I love the parallel of dance and autism...dance tells a story through movement with no words and many of these children have a voice inside that has just not come out or the child has not found a way to express himself yet. It is my hope that we can give the gift of services to more children so that we can hear their voices loud and clear. Music and Dance are also very helpful in therapy to children on the spectrum. We want to include one dance number that involves autistic children in our district performing so that they get the opportunity to be on stage with lights, costumes, and an audience. We are excited and honored to help these children so they their voice is heard.

Growing up with autism isn’t about “overcoming” who you are — it’s about discovering your strength in a world that doesn’t always understand you. 💙

This quote reminds us that strength shows up in so many ways…
In the small wins, in the routines, in the moments of courage that most people don’t even see.

For individuals with autism, strength can mean learning to navigate a loud world, expressing emotions in unique ways, or simply showing up as your authentic self every single day.

For families, that strength looks like patience, unconditional love, advocacy, and celebrating progress — no matter how big or small.

Every journey is different, but one thing stays the same:
that strength deserves to be seen, valued, and celebrated.
