When the world sees your resilience during a cancer journey, they often think you’re okay.

It’s okay to not be okay sometimes.

People see you showing up to treatment and think you’re fine. They see you smiling and assume you’re handling it well. They see your strength and forget that you’re still struggling.

But you don’t have to be okay all the time. You don’t have to be strong every moment. You don’t have to hold it together for everyone else. 💜

It’s okay to:
• Fall apart sometimes
• Admit you’re scared
• Say you’re not fine
• Cry when you need to
• Ask for help
• Have bad days (or weeks)

At CRL Foundation, we see the whole truth of your journey, not just the brave face you show the world. And we’re here to support you through the moments when you’re not okay.

You’re allowed to struggle. You’re allowed to be human. 💜

Just a little reminder that you are loved.

When cancer makes you feel isolated, forgotten, or like a burden, remember this: You are deeply, truly, unconditionally loved.

Loved by the people who show up for you. Loved by the community that surrounds you. Loved by the foundation that fights for you. And loved simply for being you, not for how strong you are or how well you’re handling this. 💜

You are loved:
• On the good days and the hard days
• When you’re brave and when you’re scared
• When you have energy and when you’re exhausted
• When you’re hopeful and when you’re struggling
• Just as you are, right now, in this moment

At CRL Foundation, we care about you not just as a patient, but as a whole person worthy of love, support, and compassion.

You are loved. Don’t ever forget that. 💜

👉 Comment “💜” if survival was enough for you today

“It’s OK if all you did today was survive.”

Some days, cancer takes everything you have. Getting out of bed is an achievement. Making it to an appointment is a victory. Simply existing through the pain, fear, or exhaustion is enough.

You don’t have to be productive. You don’t have to accomplish anything. You don’t have to be inspiring or strong. Sometimes, survival is the win. 💜

If today all you did was:
• Take your medications
• Breathe through the hard moments
• Rest when you needed to
• Show up for yourself
• Make it to bedtime

That’s enough. You’re enough. 💜

At CRL Foundation, we see you on the hard days and the good days. We support you through every moment, knowing that some days, surviving is the bravest thing you can do.

You survived today. That matters. đź’ś

👉 Comment “💜” if you’re choosing self-compassion

“Breathe and be gentle. Give yourself more time, more love, and more compassion.” - Nicole Addison

Cancer is hard enough. Don’t make it harder by being harsh with yourself.

You don’t need to be strong every second. You don’t need to stay positive all the time. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to breathe, be gentle with yourself, and give yourself what you need right now. 💜

Give yourself:
• More time to heal, physically and emotionally
• More love, especially on the hard days
• More compassion, the kind you’d give your best friend
• More grace for not being “productive” or “brave” every moment
• More patience with the process

At CRL Foundation, we remind you that healing isn’t just about treating cancer. It’s about treating yourself with the kindness you deserve.

Breathe. Be gentle. You’re doing your best. 💜

👉 Comment “💜” if you’re an overthinker

If you can overthink the worst, you can overthink the best too.

Cancer gives your mind plenty to worry about. What if the treatment doesn’t work? What if it comes back? What if the scan shows something? What if, what if, what if.

But here’s the thing: if your mind can spiral into worst-case scenarios, it can also imagine best-case ones. 💜

Try this:
• What if the treatment works better than expected?
• What if you feel stronger than you thought you would?
• What if the scan is clear?
• What if you get more time than the statistics say?
• What if you beat the odds?

Your anxious mind is powerful. Use that power for hope, not just fear. Imagine the good outcomes with the same intensity you imagine the bad ones.

At CRL Foundation, we’re here to support you through the uncertainty with innovative treatments and a community that chooses hope alongside realism.

Your best-case scenario is just as possible as your worst. Don’t forget that. 💜
