With the help of ORDC, the City of Portsmouth has added a great new attraction in Weghorst Park. The new skatepark was built using 2019 Community Development Block Grant funds, ODNR Land & Water Conservation funds, local funds, and in-kind donations. Check out the video on YouTube!
