ALL exhibitors planning to sell in the Junior Fair Auction need to review the list carefully.

Please make sure:
✅ Your name is listed
✅ You are listed under the correct species
✅ The correct animal is listed for you

⚠️ Do not assume everything is correct! Please take a few minutes to look over your information carefully.

🚨 DEADLINE: TOMORROW AT 10:00 AM! 🚨
If anything is missing or incorrect, you MUST let Jamie or Jenny know by 10:00 AM tomorrow so corrections can be made before the auction.

🚨 IMPORTANT JUNIOR FAIR ANIMAL LOAD-OUT REMINDER 🚨

Exhibitors with multiple animals who have an animal NOT going through the Junior Fair Auction need to make arrangements for that animal.

If your animal will be:

🐄 Going to a processor that we have arranged hauling to
OR
💲 Sold to the buy bidder

➡️ You MUST come to the Junior Fair Office and complete a Load-Out Form with Jenny or Jamie by WEDNESDAY EVENING.

Please do not wait until load-out time to make these arrangements. Completing the form ahead of time helps us make sure animals are loaded onto the correct truck and sent to the proper destination.

📍 Stop by the Junior Fair Office and see Jenny or Jamie to complete your form.

Please share this reminder with other Junior Fair families who may have multiple animals!

If your other animals are going home with you - no need to complete a form!
