The Willamette Angel Conference is co-sponsored by the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce and the Corvallis Chamber of Commerce. Since it's first year in 2009, it meets in the Spring to review startups for possible funding. Members listen to pitches, read business plans, visit companies, research them, and, eventually, choose one to invest in. The 2012 version took place in Eugene, and the 2013 version will take place in Corvallis.
