Tomorrow is Grace Center's Free Family Caregiver support group. Free respite services are also available even if the person you are caring for is not enrolled. Thanks to partial funding by the Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments, these services remain free to the general public.

Another exciting week is ahead at Grace Center!

Participants will relax and recharge with Tai Chi & meditation with Chase, enjoy a special presentation on Colorado with Kent, and treat themselves to a little self-care with DIY face masks & scrubs.

We’re also heading to Stoneybrook for a beautiful Garden Party outing, getting creative with DIY wind chimes, and ending the week with a fun Choose Your Own Adventure game!

This week at Grace Center for Adult Day Services is full of music, movement, creativity, and fun!

Participants will enjoy a special performance by Vitamin M, a lively game of balloon volleyball, and stay engaged with Stories with Chase. On Wednesday, we’ll take a trip to Talking Waters, while those at the center can sing along during Karaoke! 🎤

We’ll wrap up the week with creative wood burning and an energizing drumming session with Michelle & Rita.
