Every Thursday, the moms in our LifeChange Program gather for a weekly meeting and, biweekly, a meal. Together, they work through our "Built to Last" curriculum, a 12-month journey through the rooms of a home, with each room covering a different part of their lives.

Here's a picture of what they dig into:

🏗 The Foundation: the lies we've believed about ourselves, and what's true instead
🏚 The Basement: patterns and wounds passed down through families, and how to stop passing them on
🚪 The Front Door: setting healthy boundaries without guilt
🛋 The Living Room: what healthy relationships actually look like
🍽 The Kitchen Table: the family messages we grew up with
📦 The Attic: grief, unfinished business, and letting go

Having a place to ask the hard questions and process them, in the context of community and safety, is at the core of what we offer at Sparrow.
