Some important news...ISAP 2025 is moving online!
Over the past few weeks, it’s become clear that many of our community members would find it challenging to attend an in-person gathering this year. To ensure as many people can participate as possible, we’ve decided to hold the meeting virtually.
Although we’ll miss the chance to catch up face-to-face, we’re confident this shift will expand participation and help our presenters to share their work as broadly as possible.
And as part of the transition, we’re happy to announce the following updates:
- Reduced Registration Fees: Standard registration is now $300 until April 27, and student registration is $100.
- Late-Breaking Posters: We’re reopening the submission portal until April 11 to welcome late-breaking poster proposals. Requirements are the same as before—a 250-word abstract. Given the timing, we won’t be able to include late-breaking submissions in our proceedings, but we welcome your up-to-the-minute work in the online poster session.
