Corunna Athletic Club The Corunna Athletic Club is dedicated to supporting Corunna Athletic programs.

Monies are made by willing volunteers who help with concession sales, programs, fund raisers and other community projects. CORUNNA ATHLETIC CLUB
BY-LAWS




ARTICLE 1 DUTIES OF OFFICERS

Section 1 President: the President is the chief officer and presides over all meetings and activities of the organization. Section 2 Vice-President: the Vice-President shall perform the duties of the President

in his/her absence. Section 3 Secretary: - the Secretary shall give notice of all special meetings and shall keep a permanent record of the minutes of the organization. Section 4 Treasurer: The Treasurer shall maintain an accounting of all receipts and disbursements, and shall submit a financial report at all monthly meetings. Section 5 Trustees: The Trustees’ duties shall consist of advising and/or assisting the President at the will of the membership, plus once each year the Trustees will review the athletic club accounts and report back to the membership. Section 6 Reporter: the Reporter shall report all club activities to the local media. Section 7 Meetings: The regular meeting of this organization shall be the last Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. The annual meeting shall be the last Monday of May for the purpose of electing officers for the next fiscal year. Special meetings may be called at the discretion of the President or Board of Directors. Section 8 Any officer may be removed from office by a majority of those present at any regular meeting if the officer fails to participate for three (3) consecutive monthly meetings.

Congratulations to Corunna Athletic Club President Candice Osika!!!

It was our honor to present the 2026 Murray O. Batten Humanitarian Award to Candice Osika, Principal and Quality Assurance Coordinator at Shiawassee Regional Education Service District.

This award recognizes ISD and ESA special education administrators who lead with honesty, integrity, compassion, and heart — qualities that Candice exemplifies every day. From strengthening instructional practice and IEP development to building statewide networks of support and creating inclusive opportunities for students, her impact reaches far beyond a single district.

Candice’s unwavering dedication to students, families, and colleagues reflects the very legacy of Murray O. Batten.
