(You do not need to attend the banquet in order to attend the meeting.)

CMHA Individual Class Top 8 award winners can now make their 2026 Year-End Award selections! Check out the prize menu, choose your favorite(s), and submit your selection using the Jotform link below.

Please be sure to submit your choice(s) by the deadline so we can get everything ordered and ready in time for the Year-End Awards Banquet on November 14th!

Each Top 8 placing earns $25 of credit towards award selections. For example, if you were Top 8 in four classes, you would have a total of $100 to "spend", so you could pick one $100 item, four $25 items, or one $50 item and two $25 items. Each prize will say 2026 CMHA Top 8 somewhere on it. Division standings are separate and will have their own prizes.

The doors will open for the banquet at 5:30 pm with dinner to be served at 6:00 pm.

The banquet will be held following the 2026 CMHA Annual Meeting (start time is TBD) in the Bach/Beethoven Room at the Bavarian Inn Lodge, One Covered Bridge Lane, Frankenmuth, MI 48734. 🇩🇪
