How do you make your donation worth FOUR TIMES the amount before November 15th? 💵💵💵💵
In celebration of National Philanthropy Day on November 15th, several local individuals have stepped forward with an extraordinary offer: they will TRIPLE-MATCH donations made to CNY SNAP up to $15,000.
To qualify for this incredible match, donations must be between $100 and $5,000 and specifically designated to CNY SNAP.
This means your donation is multiplied instantly:
$100 becomes $400
$250 becomes $1,000
$500 becomes $2,000
How to give and quadruple your impact:
1) Donations must be between $100 and $5,000
2) Make a check payable to the Cortland Community Foundation (CCF).
3) VERY IMPORTANT: clearly write CNY SNAP in the memo line
4) Mail or drop off checks to: CNY Snap, 17 Salisbury Street, Cortland, NY, 13045. We will deliver all checks to the Cortland Community Foundation. Giving it to CNY Snap first is how we will track it for the people matching donations. Sending it directly to CCF will not qualify for the matching offer from private donors.
The Cortland Community Foundation also gives prizes for the number of donations, regardless of the amount. Example: if each family/group member gives their own donation, it increases the number of donations received.
As you may know, we are hard at work planning for the renovation and expansion of our facility. This fundraiser can greatly help work towards our goal. Thanks to generous supporters, we have already raised $98,590 toward our $400,000 goal! In addition, our dedicated volunteers are actively applying for small grants as opportunities arise.
