The Lake Baseball Mikovich/Pugh will be holding tryouts for 11U for the 2027 season at Johnston Twp. Park. There will be 2 dates available to bring your child out:

- Monday, July 13th from 6p-8p
- Saturday, July 18th from 9a-11a

We look forward to meeting and seeing you all out there!!!!!

Last weekend was the 2nd to last weekend of the season as The Lake Baseball 10U Sob/Rath is playing in the OBT Catch ‘Em All Classic this coming weekend.

12U & 10U Mikovich/Pugh both went 1-1 in pool play, won their 1st round of bracket play on Sunday, then both lost in the quarterfinals to the teams that ended up winning the weekend in the OBT Patriotic Pitch in both the 10U & 12U age brackets.

8U CP are your Mohawk BSA Firecracker Classic RUNNERS-UP!!!! They went 1-1 in bracket play on Saturday, then came up a little short in the championship game on Sunday!!! Congratulations to the players & coaches on being finalists for yet another weekend!!!

The last practice of the year for The Lake Baseball 12U is usually one of the boys’ favorites for 1 reason….. the annual jog to Bacconis. Every season we wrap it up a few minutes early, and the boys take a team jog to grab some of the best cold treats around!!! Thank you to Bacconi's Lickety Split for always treating us awesome!!!!

Another one of the 12U’s favorite yearly traditions is participating in the Cortland Street Fair Parade. This year we started by adding a couple little brothers from 10U Mikovich/Pugh, which turned into both teams riding together. This quickly became a very busy weekend since both teams were also scheduled for tournaments. This event was an absolute blast for everyone involved!!!! We ended up with a full truck, full trailer, & 2 full golf carts!!!

Thank you to all the parents & coaches that rode with the all players & siblings to keep it running smoothly. Also thank you to Brett Rowland’s grandpa for donating the trailer, Hunter Rathburn’s grandpa for donating the straw, Coach Brandon for driving his truck, and the Shackelford’s & Costas’ for the golf carts.

The Lake Baseball 8U are your The Firestone Firecracker RUNNERS-UP!!!!! They went 3-0 in pool play earning the #1 seed for bracket play. They made it to the championship game, but came up short against the T3 Warhawks.

Great weekend boys!!!! These boys are having a fantastic season both on the field & off. The fun shenanigans we hear they are having sounds like an absolute blast!!!! Good luck the rest of your season boys!!!!
