While the store has closed, our mission hasn’t. We’re still here, still building, and still working toward affordable housing for families in Montezuma County.

Changes to the Sales and Use Tax rates are effective today! Please update your point-of-sale systems to reflect the change to 3.85% for accurate collection.

For questions or assistance please contact the City of Cortez Finance Department. The offices are closed today for the holiday but will reopen tomorrow morning. 970-564-4006 or stop by Cortez City Hall at 123 Roger Smith Avenue in Cortez.

Exciting things are coming this Summer 2025.

We're baaaaaack!
Facebook keeps shutting down our ReStore's page, telling us we are pretending to be a business, when, in fact, we ARE that business. This is a new ReStore page, and we hope it will stay in working order.
