Technology is quickly leaving our brains overstimulated. It is leaving us left with craving brain, needing and wanting more and more.

When we break away from technology, and return to God's creation and beauty, we can allow our mind space to rest, to find rhythm, to make connections.

Even just a few minutes a day can help us cultivate a rhythm of presence .

Today's breath of prayer

We don't live in a culture that celebrates weakness. Often, it is our ability and achievements that are celebrated. The Kingdom of God is quite the opposite. The reason is that in our weakness, God's power is made perfect. We see His strength where we are weak. Our weakness drives us to dependence (on Him).
Through every exhale, release the belief that you need to be strong in all things. Inhale His strength because it is more than enough.
