Jenny Bratton with Child Advocates of Navarro County (CAC & CASA) came to speak with us at this week's meeting. What an informative presentation! We are so blessed to have her involvement in our community, as well as all of the loyal volunteers with this program.
This week, we also inducted our two newest members into our club!
Corsicana Rotary Club is proud to welcome Steve Ramsey and Jayne Rose! We are looking forward to working alongside you two to provide "Service Above Self" to our community and beyond!

Want to help out with RYLA? The leaders of District 5870 and RYLA have put together an Amazon wishlist for local clubs to help out with supplies for camp. The link will be in the comments and all supplies are shipped directly to camp.

Camp RYLA provides students with an opportunity to exchange ideas, opinions, and beliefs with other students, in a relaxed, retreat style setting. They’ll be encouraged to tear down the walls by trying new things and exploring new roles. They’ll develop new friendships and become a more effective role model, team player, & leader.

It's always a crowd-pleaser when we get a treat from our favorite hometown bakery! And by treat, I don't just mean the scrumptious cake from our terrific speaker/Rotarian/Customer Service Manager at CSB, Stefanie Sellers!
At yesterday's meeting, Stefanie also presented our club with info on all of the corporate gifting options offered by Collin Street Bakery; for locals and non-locals!
From packs of the new energy bars, to bite-sized fruitcake bites, and all of your favorites that can be delivered anywhere (atleast 190 countries that we know of)!
She so graciously answered all of our questions as well. Lindsay had a list going at one point. 😅
Our members are proud to call Corsicana home for many reasons, but one mainstay consensus is our beloved Collin Street Bakery.

Last week, The Corsicana Rotary Club awarded a one-year $3,000 scholarship to Kaitlyn Warren. We were also honored to have last year's scholarship winner Sarah Towles and 2024 winner Marcella Bryan attending. Congratulations to Kaitlyn!
Today, The Corsicana Rotary Club awarded the Dr. James G. Price Scholarship to Kendall Ivie. The Price Scholarship is for eight years, $2,000 per year. Congratulations to Kendall!!

Today we honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives while serving our country. Memorial Day is more than a long weekend — it’s a time to reflect on the sacrifices made for the freedoms we enjoy every day. May we never forget those who gave everything for America. 🇺🇸
