Growing Together - PCHAS The Growing Together Program serves any pregnant parent or those with a child 0-5 years of age in Navarro, Limestone, Freestone and Hill counties.

We provide parenting education, resources, and support to caregivers who want to strengthen their families.

Next up on Sunday Share... 🤍

The Growing Together team would like to shoutout Westminster Presbyterian Church of Corsicana! For over 18 years, WPC's staff and congregation members have been AMAZING supporters of us at PCHAS. From allowing us to house our own staff at the church, to using the Fellowship Hall for countless events, to even having it's very own Little Free Library! We are so incredibly grateful to Reverend Jen Mitchell, April Grant, Charles Polk, Sondra Huffman, the staff at CEP, and everyone else at WPC that supports our programs! 🙌❤️

Special shout out to Reverend Jen! She celebrates 5 years as pastor here in Corsicana this summer! She offers a kind, Christ-like, non-judgmental welcome to everyone that comes to WPC and it's incredible to see. She also serves on the Navarro County Early Childhood Coalition as co-captain for the School Readiness team and brings so many wonderful ideas to the table. She is amazing!

Without the generosity of everyone at WPC, we wouldn't have had the opportunity to create a safe and warm environment to serve an endless number of families in Navarro County. Join us in thanking WPC for being an amazing partner to us! 🫂💌

🌞 Gather your family and join us for a fun-filled day at the park! Enjoy an opportunity to connect with other families while spending time outdoors playing games, sharing a meal, and making memories together.

🎯 FRC staff will provide a variety of field games and activities, including:
Co****le
Rope Toss
Jumbo Connect 4
Tic-Tac-Toe
Jumbo Jenga
And more!

🍽️ Lunch will be provided by Zman's BBQ and Churros Time food trucks. Food will be available only for registered guests and will not be available for purchase.

🏊 Planning to cool off in the pool? Family Resource Center staff will cover pool admission for attendees.

🧺 What to Bring:
A blanket or lawn chairs
Swimwear and a towel if you plan to swim
Sunscreen and water bottles are encouraged

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children at all times during this activity. We look forward to seeing you for a day of friendship, fun, and family connection!
