Please join us in congratulating Rosita C. on her new role as Family Navigator at the Bi-Stone Family Resource Center! 🎊

Rosita’s journey with our Family Resource Centers has truly come full circle. She first started with us as an intern at the Bi-Stone Family Resource Center, before stepping into the role of Family Navigator at our new Hill County FRC over the past 6 months.

During her time at the Hill County FRC, Rosita played a tremendous role in creating a welcoming environment for families and helping grow the program. Her warmth, creativity, and heart for others made an immediate impact, and families felt it from day one.

Now, we are thrilled to have her back at Bi-Stone as Family Navigator! Rosita brings fantastic ideas, positive energy, and a deep passion for serving families, and we can’t wait to see all the ways she will continue to help our community grow and connect.

This week on Sunday Shares...

We are shouting out one of our tried and true staff members, Ashley Pruitt! For the last several years, Ashley has been pouring her heart into supporting mothers and caregivers on their pregnancy and postpartum journeys. She meets with clients one-on-one to provide free parenting support and education as well as counseling for pregnant and postpartum mothers.🧠🫶

Since October of 2023, Ashley has worked incredibly hard starting and expanding our Bundle of Joy program. This is postpartum box for mothers that is given to them on discharge at our local hospitals and clients. The Bundles are meant to be a warm hug for moms as they welcome their new baby into the world! In 2026 alone, Ashley has delivered 111 to Navarro Regional Hospital,
18 to Freestone Medical Center, and 31 to Limestone Medical Center and it's other supported clinics. WOW!! 🤰🥰

Here are some encouraging words about what the Bundles mean to Ashley:
"The Bundles of Joy are such a sweet project for me that is near and dear to my heart knowing that moms are being shown how much community support is available for them before they are even discharged from the hospital. We never want any family to feel alone in their parenting journey and we hope this is one small gift can help them feel encouraged and know that there are people and agencies available to come alongside them."🤍
