What an unforgettable U.S. Navy 250th Birthday Ball celebration this past Saturday, October 18th!

Nearly 600 Sailors, families, civic leaders, and honored guests turned downtown Corpus Christi blue-and-gold as we co-hosted the night alongside our partners Kingsville Council of the Navy League.

A thunderous BZ to every volunteer on the combined Navy Ball Committee. Your late-nights and pixel perfect checklists made 250 years of traditional sparkle.

Spotlight on the stars:
US Naval Sea Cadets-Texas Division: textbook color guard that snapped every heart to attention
Flour Bluff Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corp: NATIONAL CHAMPION rifle spins and drill sequences so sharp they could cut steel.
-HUGE Thank you once again to our Guest speaker Mr. Mike Stevens, 13th Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy and current CEO of Navy League of the United States: words that lit a fire under every boot in the room

This year, the Navy celebrates its 250th Birthday, and we are honored to host a joint Navy Ball with NAS Corpus Christi and NAS Kingsville on October 18, 2025, at the Hilliard Center (formerly the American Bank Center).

If you’ve never attended a Navy Ball, this is the one you don’t want to miss! The evening will feature:

Commemorative coins and keepsake glasses (free for all service members)

An outstanding steak dinner with a vegetarian option available

A keynote address from MCPON (ret.) Mike Stevens, who served as the 13th Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (2012–2016)

There will be three photo booths, one offering free prints and a 360-degree booth!
