Calling all families with a 4th grader in the house! For an entire year, your 4th grader and your family have free access to hundreds of parks, public lands and seas. Get your pass here: https://everykidoutdoors.gov/index.htm.

Why fourth graders?

“We chose fourth graders because research shows that kids ages nine to 11 are beginning to learn about the world around them. They’re open to new ideas, and they are likely to connect to nature and our history.

Cub Scout Pack 157 will have a Parent meeting Tuesday, Aug 8 at 6pm in the school cafeteria. Join us to learn more about Cub Scouts or for information on how you can help be a den leader or parent volunteer, or info on signing up your Kindergarten to 5th grader for Cub Scouts. We will be planning our Sign Up Night and we need your help!

A Special Me and You Cub Scout Camp out at Camp Karankawa. Leave the crew at home and spend some one-on-one time with your Cub Scout.
We will be offering two events July 2-3, and July 9-10 for a Cub Scout and Cub Scout Grown up to come to camp to reconnect, bond with nature and create memories for a lifetime.
