Uptown Neighborhood Initiative Welcomes Shoreline Sandwich Company’s New Location

June 10, 2015

Corpus Christi, TX – The Uptown Neighborhood Initiative (UNI) is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of Shoreline Sandwich Company’s new location in the 600 Building, 600 Leopard Street, Suite 106, Corpus Christi at 8am on Monday, June 15, 2015.

The new Leopard location is the second restaurant for owners Kris and Linda Busk in Central City area. The original Shoreline Sandwich Company is located in the PlainsCapital Bank Building at 500 N. Shoreline, Suite 108 in Corpus Christi.

Both locations of Shoreline Sandwich Company serve breakfast and lunch, featuring a biscuit-centered menu for breakfast, and gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts, freshly made by hand with all meats roasted, smoked and cured in house for lunch. The restaurants offer dine in or take out, and catering is available. The Leopard location will also offer Friday Happy Hours with beer and wine for guests.

“We’re excited to be serving our friends in Uptown and want to be part of the revitalization of the neighborhood,” said Kris Busk, owner and chef. “Opening our second location in the heart of the city allows us to serve the hundreds of workers in Uptown with fresh entrees for breakfast and lunch, and a chance to relax after work on Friday at our Happy Hour.”
