💙 CREATING OPPORTUNITIES. BUILDING CONFIDENCE. CHANGING LIVES.

We are proud to share that Goodwill South Texas was recognized at the Summer Earn and Learn (SEAL) Employer Appreciation Breakfast, hosted by Workforce Solutions Hidalgo County! 👏

Through our partnership with the SEAL program, we help provide young adults with disabilities with meaningful, hands-on work experiences where they can develop essential job skills, build confidence and explore their career interests in a supportive environment.

Because sometimes, all it takes is an opportunity to discover what you're capable of.

At Goodwill South Texas, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed through the power of work. Programs like SEAL allow us to put that belief into action by supporting workforce inclusion and helping young adults build a foundation for future employment and greater independence.

A special thank you to Workforce Solutions Hidalgo County for this recognition and for their continued partnership in creating opportunities for young adults throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
