The Pregnancy Center of the Coastal Bend meets the needs of individual women through emotional, spiritual and material support. This ministry takes seriously the challenge, "to reach out to those in distress with acts of mercy and compassion." (Matthew 25:31-46)
We bring the resources of the local church and the community together to address the problems facing pregnant women. We are a locally o
rganized and funded ministry which empowers people to make positive, life affirming choices. When hurting women encounter Jesus Christ in the midst of their crisis, their lives are changed forever. Our Executive Director manages well-trained staff and volunteers who meet with women in person to identify their needs and provide peer counseling. We are funded solely by the generous gifts of our donors: churches, foundations, and individuals. The Mission of the Pregnancy Center of the Coastal Bend is to affirm the value of life by providing practical, emotional and spiritual assistance to anyone experiencing pregnancy and abortion-related issues and compassionately proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
