The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Center (DHHC) will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026, in observance of Labor Day.

We will reopen on Tuesday, September 8, during normal business hours.

September is Deaf Awareness Month, and we’re excited to celebrate with our amazing community! 🤟

***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT***

The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Center would like to inform our community that roof repair construction will begin Monday, August 31, and continue through Friday, September 11. During this time, the roofing contractor will be using both the front office parking lot and the back parking area to store materials and equipment.

🚧 Please park in the mall parking lot during the construction period and use caution when walking around the center.

⚠️Please keep your eyes open for potential hazards and follow any posted safety signs.

✅ Our office will remain OPEN during normal business hours throughout the construction. To help us serve you efficiently, please make an appointment with the DHHC staff you need to meet before coming to the center.

📅 Senior Citizens Social will be closed on the two Wednesdays during the roof repair.

🇺🇸 Labor Day Notice: DHHC will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day. We will resume regular office hours on Tuesday, September 8.

🚗 Our parking lot will reopen and be available on Monday, September 14.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we complete these important improvements. Thank you for your continued support of DHHC!
