We’re excited to be out at the Portland Walk & Roll in the City of Portland, Texas this morning!

This event is free to the public and is intended as a way to promote the cause of disability awareness in our community and is a joint project between Wings of Texas, the Corpus Christi By The Bay Lions Club , the Portland North Bay Lions Club , and the local affiliate of the National Federation of the Blind

We will be on hand for the City of Portland City Council meeting tonight for a proclamation honoring our partnership with the National Federation of the Blind and the Portland North Bay Lions Club to put on the Portland Walk & Roll this weekend! Details for the event can be found below:

Join us on October 10th for a Walk N Roll in Portland, TX! 🦽🚶‍♀️❤️

Come enjoy a beautiful morning celebrating inclusion and community! We’ll have T-shirts, snow cones, and BBQ for the first 100 people who register, plus over 40 vendors set up under the pavilion. Our partners: the Corpus Christi By The Bay Lions Club will be set up holding a bake sale with amazing treats you will not want to miss.

The walk starts shortly after 9 a.m., so arrive early and get ready to walk, roll, and connect with friends!
