"For Them"

Fire Explorer Post 343 encompasses youths between 12 and 19 years old who are interested in fire service knowledge.

Our Chapter successfully hosted one of their training events, focusing on 'thinking outside the textbook' approaches to search patterns, victim removal, and radio communication. This enabled us to provide them with a look into our training, minus the all the extra equipment. Presenting methods that expand upon their existing knowledge gained through the Explorer Post.

We look forward to seeing what this group of young individuals can accomplish!

UPDATE: Registration is Now Closed! Thanks to everyone that’s reached out and supported this project! Based on the response, we intend to continue making events like this to help our volunteers as well as other local agencies looking to continue improving! ATTENTION LOCAL VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS!! 🔥 👩‍🚒 👨‍🚒 🚒

We will be hosting a “Firefighting Basic Training” at our Training Ground, located at Fire Station 72. This event will take place on Sunday, June 29th, 2025 from 8am-5pm (1 hour break for lunch). We welcome any and local Volunteer Firefighters looking to improve their quality of the craft! This is a great opportunity for those that are just getting started, or those that have years in and want to keep getting stronger!
