The Topcats attended the Coastal Bend Classic with Showmakers of America at Veterans Memorial yesterday to end out their competition season!!! They received the following awards:

Small Ensemble (Trio) - 2nd place
11-12 HS Solo: Sophia Villarreal - 5th place

Officer Double Division (85 & above for both routines from all 3 judges)
Officer Showmanship: Hip-Hop
Officer choreography: Hip-Hop

Officer Best In Category:
Hip-Hop (1st place)
Lyrical (2nd place)

Team:
Sweepstakes & Judges Award (90 & up from all 3 judges)

Superlatives:
Showmanship - Jazz, Hip-Hop & Pom

Best In Category:
Jazz - 2nd place

Yesterday, the Topcats spent their Valentines competing at Alice HS with Showtime International and received the following awards:

Officer - Double Gold (85 & above on both routines from all 3 judges)

Best in Catefoey Officer -
1st place Hip-Hop
2nd place Lyrical

Supreme Award - Officer Hip-Hop (awarded to the highest scoring routine in that category)

Team - Triple Gold and Platinum (90 & above on all 3 routines from all 3 judges)

Best in Category - 2nd place Jazz
Best in Category - 2nd place Hip-Hop

Team - Champion Circle (2nd highest award of team awards)

We are SO incredibly proud of this team and their hard work!!! 👯‍♀️🤩👯
