Area 2 LETR - South Texas The Law Enforcement Torch Run is Special Olympics’ largest grassroots fundraiser and public awareness vehicle.

Law enforcement officers carry the "Flame of Hope" through the streets of their communities and deliver it to Special Olympics games.
