Exciting News at My DOC!

Our brand-new ultrasound machine has arrived!

This is a major milestone for our clinic and the families we serve. Every improvement to our clinic helps us further our mission of making obstetric care accessible to all women, including those who are uninsured, underinsured, or experiencing high-risk pregnancies.

We are incredibly grateful for the support that made this possible, especially the Arnim Grant administered by the Coastal Bend Community Foundation. Their investment in our mission helps ensure that women in the Coastal Bend have greater access to essential prenatal services and quality obstetric care.

Every improvement to our clinic helps us further our mission of making care accessible to all women, including those who are uninsured, underinsured, or experiencing high-risk pregnancies.

We are taking one more step toward healthier pregnancies, healthier babies, and healthier families throughout the Coastal Bend!

Congratulations to Esperanza de Tejas on your Ribbon Cutting Ceremony! My DOC plans to attend, and we are grateful to see organizations dedicated to supporting and uplifting families in our area.

We are so excited to officially invite our community to the ribbon cutting for the new Esperanza de Tejas Resource Center on Wednesday, May 20th.

What started as a dream rooted in love, hope, and the belief that every family deserves access to support without barriers is now becoming a reality. This center will be a safe place for families to access essential items, resources, education, advocacy, and community connection all under one roof.

For years, Esperanza de Tejas has served families across South Texas through mobile outreach, diaper and hygiene distributions, youth programs, and direct community support. Now, we are taking another step forward in creating a permanent space where families can come not just to survive, but to thrive.

We would love for our community, partners, volunteers, supporters, and families to celebrate this moment with us.

At My DOC, we love celebrating women who uplift our community and inspire others to dream bigger. One of those incredible women is Michelle of Bien Mérité — a passionate business owner whose perseverance, creativity, and determination continue to inspire Corpus Christi.

Michelle’s story is one of resilience, overcoming obstacles, and refusing to give up on her vision for something better. Through hard work and heart, she has built something truly special, and we are so grateful for the support she gave to our fundraiser and our mission to serve women and families in our community.

Supporting women-owned businesses means supporting dreams, families, and future generations of leaders. When women support women, amazing things happen.

Today, My DOC went to Go Red For Women. We are proud to support healthier futures for women in our community — before, during, and after pregnancy. Maternal heart health matters, and ensuring women have access to compassionate prenatal and postpartum care can make a lifelong difference for both mother and baby.
