🌿 $2 Tuesday - The Babies Left Behind

Every time an opossum mother is hit by a car, poisoned, or attacked, she isn’t the only life lost. 😞

She carries 8–13 babies in her pouch and when she dies, every single one of them is suddenly fighting to survive.

Baby opossums can’t eat on their own.

They can’t regulate their temperature.

They can’t even hold onto a bottle.

They require tube‑feeding, round‑the‑clock care, specialized formula, heat support, and constant monitoring.

When a mother opossum dies, her babies lose their entire world.

But they don’t lose their chance, not if we’re here to help.

Your $2 today helps us feed and care for the orphaned pouch babies who arrive cold, dehydrated, and terrified.

It helps us give them the nutrition their mother can no longer provide.

It helps us save the ones who never should have been alone in the first place.

Yesterday our rehabber Stephanie Huffman took in 2 litters of baby opossums because their moms were found dead. 💔

Please support us in our mission to help save these babies.

🌿 Donate $2 here: Zelle 361-777-9132 PayPal [email protected] or Cash App $1lkperkins1

🦉 Goal: $500

💚 Thank you for helping us protect Mother Earth’s wildlife in the Coastal Bend.
