We're seeking a Shellfish Aquaculture Research Manager to lead the development of a new oyster aquaculture facility at the Fisheries and Mariculture Laboratory in Port Aransas. What a great night at Water Street Oyster Bar! Thank you to our friends and sponsors, esteemed speakers, our wonderful guests, vendors, staff, and everyone involved.

It was a great evening on the patio learning about oyster farming from the experts—Brad Lomax from the original Texas Oyster Ranch and Bill Strieber with ClearWater Oyster Gardens of Texas.

We enjoyed shucking demonstrations, delicious w**e pairings and select seafood favorites, and great times with friends. Not to mention some amazing Texas farmed oysters! 🦪
