Coronado Flower Show The Coronado Flower Show is the largest tented flower show in the nation. The Flower Show is held annually on the third weekend of April in Spreckels Park.

It is held annually on the third weekend in April in Coronado’s beautiful Spreckels Park and features landscape displays, horticultural and floral competitions, lectures, food, beer and wine events, live entertainment, demonstrations, and shopping!

One of Coronado’s most cherished traditions is growing. The Coronado Floral Association (CFA) proudly announces the launch of Holiday Home Front Judging, a new seasonal addition to its long-standing Home Front Judging program.

CFA introduces a winter chapter to the tradition, recognizing winter floral blooms and displays, festive décor, and the warmth of holiday lights. Judging will take place in the late afternoon and at dusk, allowing both the seasonal blooms and twinkling lights to shine.

Entry Deadline: Sunday, December 7

Preliminary Judging: Monday, December 8, and Tuesday, December 9

Final Judging: Wednesday, December 10

First 50 entrants will receive a commemorative keepsake as a thank-you for participating. And the winner will be honored on social media and receive prizes.

The 104th Annual Coronado Flower Show invites you to journey beneath the canopy — where nature blooms in brilliant color, where artistry meets adventure, and where our shared love of flowers takes root in something untamed and beautiful.

From orchids to palms, from delicate petals to bold patterns, this year’s theme — Welcome to the Jungle — celebrates the lush abundance of the natural world and the creativity that thrives within it. Wander through garden displays, floral masterpieces, and community exhibits that remind us that beauty can be both refined and wild.
