What a weekend at NASCAR San Diego. 🏁

We were honored to see hit the track at Naval Air Station North Island with the C4 Foundation represented on his car and uniform.

Our team had an incredible time attending the race and cheering Brandon on throughout an unforgettable weekend. We also got to show Brandon the C4 Ranch, continuing to strengthen our partnership.

We're grateful for the opportunity to share our mission on such a big stage and connect with so many people along the way. Thank you, Brandon, for your continued support. 🇺🇸🏎️

This Father’s Day, we honor fathers everywhere.

Today, we especially recognize C3, whose love, guidance, and values helped shape the man Charlie, C4, became—a devoted husband, father, teammate, and Navy SEAL who gave his life in service to our country. Swipe to read a few special Father’s Day messages from C4 over the years.

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Dan Dworkis, MD, PhD, FACEP, to the C4 Foundation Scientific Advisory Board.🌟

Dan Dworkis is an emergency physician, applied scientist, and author who helps individuals and organizations perform effectively under pressure. A Harvard-trained emergency medicine specialist with MD and PhD degrees from Boston University, he serves as Chief Medical Officer of the Mission Critical Team Institute, a RAND policy researcher, and a USC faculty member. He is the author of The Emergency Mind: Wiring Your Brain for Performance Under Pressure.

We look forward to the insight and leadership he will bring to our mission.

Designed to build strength, improve stability, and support recovery through every stage of motherhood, the class offered more than just movement—it created space for connection, encouragement, and community among women navigating similar journeys. 🧘‍♀️🤍
