Membership and events are open to all San Diego area United States Navy officer spouses. The spouse may be active duty, reserve, retired, or deceased.

The Naval Officers’ Spouses’ Club of San Diego does not endorse any NOSC member’s business or events. Sales posts are not permitted on NOSC Social Media Platforms, in NOSC newsletters/emails, on the NOSC website, or at NOSC events. The only business-related posts permitted on NOSC social media accounts are for military discounts and recommendations (ie, dentist, child care, movers), with the exception of self-promotion. NOSC members are encouraged to share information on events in the Naval Officers' Spouses' Club of San Diego Members page, as long as the event is not for personal financial gain.
