Dear Faith in New York family,
After twelve years with Faith in New York, including the last seven as Executive Director, I’ve reached the close of an extraordinary chapter.
It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to labor alongside so many of you in the work of faith, justice, and liberation. Together we’ve organized, prayed, strategized, celebrated victories, weathered challenges, and remained rooted in the belief that our communities deserve dignity, belonging, and the power to shape their own future.
Leadership is entrusted for a season, but the work continues through the faithful hearts and hands of those who answer the call to justice. It is sustained by courageous individuals who continue to choose hope, solidarity, and collective action. May you continue building the Beloved City: one rooted in justice, faith, belonging, and collective liberation.
To every member, faith leader, lay leader, staff member, organizer, partner, funder, and friend I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside, thank you. Your faith, wisdom, courage, and partnership have shaped me more than I can express.
As I step into this next season of leadership, ministry, scholarship, and service, I carry with me the lessons, relationships, and hope that this movement has cultivated in me. I look forward to the ways our paths will continue to cross, and to discovering new opportunities to serve and build alongside many of you.
Blessings to all, and thank you for being part of this journey!
