💚 Meet Canelo 💚

This 4-year-old, 15-pound Chiweenie is looking for someone who will let him settle in at his own pace. He’s shy at first, but once he feels safe, his affectionate, devoted personality shines. 🐾

Canelo has come so far in foster care! He arrived unsure how to walk on a leash and now loves his walks—and happily tags along for car rides, too.

✨ Potty trained
✨ Sleeps through the night
✨ Gets along well with other dogs
✨ Currently lives with two cats

His wish list? A patient person, a loving home, and a spot close to you. Give him time to build trust, and you’ll get to watch a beautiful bond grow. 🥹💚

Could you be Canelo’s person? Apply here:

Alfalfa has so much love left to give. 🥺

This sweet 9-year-old Chihuahua mix was adopted from ICARE as a puppy in 2017. Now, because of changes in his family’s circumstances, he’s searching for a new home through no fault of his own.

He also recently lost his bonded buddy, Taquito, and has been feeling lonely. We would love to find him a calm, patient home where he can feel safe and loved again. ❤️‍🩹

At just 14 pounds, Alfalfa is the perfect little lap companion. He’s a bit shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, he becomes your affectionate little shadow.

🐾 Dog- and cat-friendly
🐾 Housebroken
🐾 Walks nicely on leash
🐾 Comfortable with apartment living
🐾 Neutered and up to date on vaccinations

A canine friend would be a lovely bonus, but isn’t required—what Alfalfa needs most is someone to love him through his next chapter. 🏡

Could that someone be you?
