Sometimes there are just no perfect words to express the sense of loss and sadness when a dear mentor, friend, and family member departs. As most of you already know, our beloved director
and founder, Angela Jett Rosser , unexpectedly passed away on May 3, 2026. Her joy, friendship, and love of music will be greatly missed.

The Chorale will be singing at Anji’s Celebration of Life on May 14, 2026, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Northpoint Church, 988 W. Ontario Avenue, Corona, California. We invite all whose lives Anji
has touched to join us in this remembrance of the gifts that she has given us, the Chorale and the community over the years.

Our scheduled concert on June 13, 2026 will still go ahead. We want to continue Anji’s dream, planning for the Circle City Chorale to remain part of our lives, the community, and to preserve Anji’s legacy.

Back in 2020, when we had to cancel our spring season, we put this video together using photos and memories from past concerts, set to May the Road Rise Up.
At the time, it meant something very different. It was a way to stay connected when we couldn’t sing together.
Watching it now still gets me. It’s a reminder of how much this group means, and how powerful it is to be able to make music together again.
This year, we’re bringing May the Road Rise Up back as part of our spring concert, Magic of Music.
If you’ve ever been part of this choir, supported us, or just love what music can do, this one is for you. 💛

There’s something really powerful about music. It brings people together in a way not much else can.

That’s what our spring concert, Magic of Music, is all about. We’re singing a wide variety of music this season — a little pop, some traditional pieces, music in different languages… there’s truly something for everyone.

No matter what your favorite style is, there’s a moment where it all just clicks, and you feel connected to the music and the people around you.
