Helping More Veterans Understand and Utilize Their Earned VA Home Loan Benefit
On June 22, 2026, the U.S. Senate passed the bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act by a vote of 85-5, including the VA Loan Informed Disclosure (VALID) Act.
"The VALID Act helps ensure veterans are informed about the VA Home Loan benefit they earned through service. Better information leads to better decisions and greater access to homeownership."
