RIP to one of our most memorable foster pups, ever!!! The sweet Gibby!!
When he first came to Meka’s House; we named him Tommy - after Tom Brady… we wanted him to have true grit and determination to succeed like TB12. Gibby outdid himself!!!!
He had multiple birth defects, health issues and setbacks…. But he kept on!!!

He was blessed to have the best family adopt him, love him and take great care of him!! (thank you so much)
He also was lucky to have been cared for by Anthony and Gloria- who also gave him so much love.


And … thank you to Doggie Bonez rescue for all they do and for saving this boy who deserved a good life!!

Lola and her gorgeous sisters. RIP our beautiful Maiden. Maiden is now pain free from her cancer. Thank you to Shannon and Marty for giving Maiden and Maddie the most loving life ever.
The other pic of the gray pup is their sister Lita who passed away a few days after that picture. All four of the girls were pretty sick. The last pic is the first day I saw Lola at the adoption event in her little pen… with Maiden and Lita…. Maddie was too sick to be out there.

So, we’ve been having a hell of a year…. This am Apollo had another seizure… ( he had one last year - that’s the only other one that anyone has witnessed) … it lasted over a minute. He’s been through so much in the last few months and is still recovering from knee surgery.
Does anyone have experience with this and have any advice or tips? He will go back to the vet and hoping for some relief.
Poor guy threw up and peed himself…. 💔
Then when he got up, he went over and kissed all his siblings who were watching over him.

Shout out to the Corona Animal Shelter! I went yesterday to see my neighbors dog. (who I love and have tried to help with and tried to make him feel special). He deserves something so much better and he was ADOPTED!! He’s getting fixed !! Yay for this boy getting what he deserves!!!! The shelter staff was sooo nice and sooo professional and really care about the dogs there!! I may have cried my eyes out but I appreciate the work they do!! Hip hip hurray for Oso to get all the love he deserves!!! Sweet as can be - kissing me through the bars!! Adopt don’t shop!!
