Sitting in the lobby, waiting to head back to the United States and just feeling incredibly grateful for my time here at the COPE National 2026 Conference 💫

Yesterday was kicked off the final day with a lecture on forecasting treatment plans, helping practitioners guide their patients with clarity, confidence, and long-term vision, was such a full-circle moment.

We also celebrated some amazing wins:
✨ 2 Zap Master winners – 1 month of Zapling Hour
✨ 2 E2C winners – 6 months of Mentorship Hour

From trans health and follicle chemistry to safe numbing practices and navigating today’s algorithms… my mind is full, and my heart is even fuller.

Huge thank you to & this incredible community for the connection, education, and energy. I already can’t wait for the next one.

Now it’s time to head home and get back to what we do best, training, treating, and building the future of electrology ⚡️

Day one of the conference was incredible. I had the honor of opening with the keynote on insertion techniques, ergonomics, positioning, and best practices in electrolysis.

The day was packed with strong speakers and presentations, including Alberta Health Services on regulations, sessions on skin and treatment efficiency, AI in practice, marketing strategies, and the importance of charting.

We wrapped the evening with the COPE group at Jubilations Dinner Theatre for a Beatles tribute, great food, lots of laughs, and the perfect end to a full day of learning.

Last night’s tropical kickoff for COPE National was an absolute hoot 🌺

Yes… that is me (Stephanie) in the inflatable hula costume 😂 10/10, highly recommend leaning all the way in when the moment calls for it.

Best part? Being surrounded by friends and professionals from around the 🗺️ Canada, the U.S., Australia, and beyond.

Now it’s day one in Edmonton and we’re kicking things off strong. I’m rested and ready for my keynote on perfecting insertion techniques, ergonomics , positioning, and best practices in electrolysis.

Let’s get into a full day of learning, connection, and classroom energy ⚡
