Corona Norco Rescue Mission

Corona Norco Rescue Mission We serve as a transitional housing facility for those that are transitioning off the streets of Corona into independence and self sufficiency.

Our Mission:
To minister the love of Jesus Christ to the Least, the Last, and the Lost of our Community through the provision of assistance in the areas of guidance, counseling, education, job training, shelter, food, clothing, health care and independent living communities.

Your partnership with the Corona Norco Rescue Mission is a vital part of renewing the lives of men, women and children in our community. That’s why we are counting on you to stand with us and change the lives of the Least, the Last and the Lost in our community. The need grows every day. Jesus said in Matthew 25:40, “. . . Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” And when you experience the blessing of filling an urgent need, you know you’ve done it for Him. In the past, friends like you have helped provide hungry and homeless people with:
61,277 meals through God’s Kitchen
108,959 food boxes
10,601 nights of shelter
363 counseling sessions
And because of faithful volunteers, generous donations of goods and services, and community partnerships, each $1.48 you send provides a meal and life-changing services and care. As the doors are opened to our newly remodeled Corona Norco Rescue Mission facility, we look forward to the opportunities we’ll have to reach out to the homeless and hungry in the Corona Norco area. Our new facility will transform the Mission into a full-service transitional program of care and support that includes: food, clothing, shelter, vocational training, medical and dental care, and other services to encourage self-sufficiency. We have dormitories for up to 20 single men, 24 women and rooms dedicated to families with children. That’s up to 70 people who will no longer be living in cars or on the streets. In addition, we work with community partners to provide meals in the dining room for homeless people still living on the streets. The new Mission is one of only two homeless shelters in a 20-mile radius around Corona. It fills a desperate need for long-term transitional housing for men and women ready to turn their lives around, but who don’t have the means to do it on their own. You’re helping to change lives through programs that renew hope and motivate men and women toward self-sufficiency and growth. Please renew your partnership today and keep the enclosed card as a useful tool and reminder that you can make a difference in our community.
