Bullying Can Look Like Exclusion !

Not all bullying leaves physical marks. Often, the most painful kind happens quietly through exclusion—leaving peers out, ignoring them, or making them feel invisible in social settings.

True inclusion means ensuring everyone has a seat at the table:

Spot the signs: Notice who is consistently left out of group activities or conversations.
