Cornville is a wonderful community. We want to thank all who supported and attended the annual Easter egg hunt on April 4th (photo). Cross Church, what an incredible job you did organizing with Oak Creek school, from getting all the eggs stuffed, transporting prizes, setting up, music, cleanup, and providing an energetic Emcee.
It was a joy to observe the Cornville Historical Society greeting children with little prizes, too.

💚 Why Have a Community Association with a Board? 💚

Cornville is an unincorporated community—which means we don’t have a town council to represent us. That’s where the Cornville Community Association (CCA) comes in.

Here’s why a strong community association matters:

🗣 A Stronger Collective Voice
The CCA gives residents a unified voice when working with county and state officials.

🤝 Better Coordination & Problem-Solving
A dedicated board and committees help address issues more efficiently.

🏡 Stronger Community Connections
Small towns thrive on relationships—and the CCA helps build them.

🌱 Protecting Property Values & Quality of Life
Coordinated, voluntary efforts help keep Cornville a great place to live.

💰 Access to Grants & Resources
Organized groups are often eligible for funding and support that individuals aren’t.

🚨 Emergency Preparedness & Resilience
In rural areas, response times can be longer—community organization matters.

👥 Local Participation & Empowerment
The CCA creates a “mini town hall” where residents can be heard and involved.

✨ In short: a community association turns individual concerns into collective action, strengthens relationships, and helps preserve Cornville’s unique character while addressing real needs.
