Yesterday, here are at the with .loves.fascia .with.sausha and was our third Hearts In Harmony event. What a beautiful experience watching the herd CHOOSING to connect with us, helping us remember what it feels like to quiet the many distractions we face and come back to the love in our hearts, which is home. Harmonious.

Pulling out all the tricks for this years fly season. We’ve tried it ALL. Rule of thumb here is to stay on top of mucking with constant p**p scooping and switching it up with fly sprays. Flies seem to adapt to repellants…so switching up the recipe seems to be the best bet. Base of ACV, dish soap and water with MANY essential oils are doing the trick for the moment.
