Warmth Walks & Soup Troops: Every winter, share your hats, gloves, scarves, sleeping bags & blankets, cups of soup & hot cocoa or coffee to your neighbors to brighten their mornings and get them through the day. Gather your friends and family and make a habit of sharing shelter to warm those in need. Roll Call: Where Roll Call leaders have been assigned to variou
s metro areas such as: McDonough, Dallas, Lithonia, Lawrenceville, Riverdale, etc. to collect donations, push out campaigns, support metro area posts and organizations and start movements of their own. Schoolyard Sanctuary: For each school year throughout, but especially during each year's launch, donate any school supply you can to The Umbrella Project and the creative shelter of tools for learning will be shared with homeless shelters, school 'Care Teams' and individual families in need. Single 'Em Out: Where specific individuals, families, movements and causes are 'singled out' for support either by TUP ATL, one of our Roll Call Leaders, a supporter, a stranger, even you. Furever Homes Pet Rescue: Based mainly out of Lawrenceville where our dog rescue Roll Call Leader shelters, nourishes and nurses back to health any rescued animal that crosses her path until we can find them a 'Furever Home'. Stay tuned for detail of The Umbrella Project ATL's progression to become The Umbrella Project East Coast with our launch in 2016 of campaigns to support from ATL up to PTL, ME through unconditional community for those in need of a neighbor because TOGETHER we can all fit under the umbrella.
