Since January, we have witnessed lives being transformed:
🏠16 people found permanent homes

❤️ 19 people received mental health treatment
🌱 6 people entered rehabilitation
👨‍👩‍👧 2 people were safely reunited with their families
These are more than numbers. They are parents, sons, daughters, neighbors, and friends. Each person has a name, a story, and a future worth fighting for.
