Class of 1973 Class Reunion Announcement:Class of 1973 50th Class Reunion
Hello Everyone,
We are trying to get all the information out to everyone concerning our upcoming reunion. The dates for the reunion are July 28th and 29th. These dates coincide with an annual celebration in Corning, so there should be a lot of things going on that weekend.
On the 28th there will be a social mixer that includes a BBQ picnic at Phil Fehrle’s farm located at 2613 Hwy 34 (just east of Corning). We will start around 5:00 p.m. and go to whenever. This is informal and will be BYOB. All food will be provided and with Phil’s expertise with smoked meats - should be delicious !
Then for the next evening, Saturday, we’ll be at the Eagles Nest in Prescott. This is the old high school in Prescott. There will be a dinner that evening. We are still working on the menu and we are trying to keep the cost around $20.00 per person. We will also start around 5:00 p.m and go until 10:00 p.m. We do have a caterer so we’ll need a head count for both events.
So what do we need from you? Which event you will be attending and how many people will be attending. Obviously we would love to see everyone attend both events so please do the best you can. I know I would love to see all my old classmates. Please confirm and update your:
1. Full name, including your maiden name as reference
2. Address
3. Phone number- cell and/or landline
4. Email - EMAIL IS MOST IMPORTANT !!
Please Email us at Paul Cantieri [email protected] or Terri Cooney Messer at [email protected].
One more request. Arlene is working on a program, with any photo memories. If you have any images of those days back at CHS, please forward those to Arlene Evans Drennan at [email protected].
So how do you mend a broken heart? Write us ! Stop looking at your back door, it’s not too late baby. Please know you’ve got a friend and even the morning light when it’s in your face really shows your age, that don’t worry us none in our eyes you’re everything. ! It’s time to recall that we were all in one place, a generation lost in space, with no time left to start again. Bring joy to the world. Take the Chevy to the levee and let that country road take you home to CHS,
Thanks everyone, and hope to see you in July.
