SWE Twin Tiers

Please message our page if you would like to join our section! SWE Twin Tiers is an official section of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is the world’s largest advocate and catalyst for change for women in engineering and technology. To ensure SWE members reach their full potential as engineers and leaders, the Society offers unique opportunities to network, provides professional development and shapes public policy. We inspire young girls to become engineers and support them with scholarships in order to expand the engineering profession’s ability to improve the quality of life for billions of people worldwide. SWE Twin Tiers is located in the Twin Tiers region of New York State and Pennsylvania. The section serves zip codes that begin with 148**, 149**, or 169**, along with Braford County, PA. Our current members are located in the following population centers: Corning Painted Post, Ithaca, Hoseheads, Elmira, Big Flats, Alfred, Andover, Bath, Beaver Dams, Burdett, Cayuta, Dansville, Erin, Lindley, Newfield, Olean, Pine City, Watkins Glen, and Wellsville.
