WTG CORNING COMMUNITY - Way to Step-Up!!! With the match from the STEP Foundation the Corning Impact Fund ended up earning $17,200 on Match Day; $1,000 of that was requested to go to the museum for shelving so $16,200 will go towards the City Hall for window replacement!!! Which is totally fabulous!!!

The Corning Community Fund earned $8,242.50 which again is so wonderful!!!

We had the most amazing day!!! We couldn’t be more grateful to each of you for your generosity!!! Thank you!!!

2025 NEMAHA COUNTY STEP FOUNDATION MATCH DAY!!! FRIDAY, AUGUST 22ND.

Such an awesome opportunity to give back to our community and help out in such a huge way!!!

This year's Corning Impact Project is the City Hall Renovation Window Replacement. We are very excited about the improvements that have been made so far to the City Hall and are excited to be able to work towards helping with this huge renovation project!!!

We are also continuing to build the Corning Endowment Fund. This Unrestricted Endowment Fund will keep Corning going for generations to come by supporting local needs and the continued development of the community as a whole. We strive to continue to build our endowment fund for the future of our community. This year STEP will match 75% of the funds donated to the endowment fund.

This Friday, August 22nd, is Match Day 2025. Please consider donating to any of the very worthy funds within the STEP Foundation!!! Thank you sooo much for your generosity!!!

Match Day 2025 is coming up in just a few weeks on August 22nd!
This year both of our accounts are eligible for their own match. You can donate to either the Corning Endowment Fund or the Corning Impact Fund.
The Endowment Fund continues to grow and in the future will be able to provide grants for projects in the Corning area.
This year the Corning Committee has selected the City Hall project to receive donations from our Impact Fund.

This is the day each year where your money gets matched, so your donation will have the biggest impact! If you want to help us, join us for Match Day 2024!

Donations begin online at midnight on August 23rd and and go until 11:59pm at stepupnemaha.com.
In-person donations can be made from 10am to 6pm at the Seneca Free Library.

Match Day is Friday! Thank you to those that have already donated. If you missed us at Corning Day, you can still double your money by donating to match day. Our current project is new restrooms at the Corning City Park. Donations can be made Friday at the Seneca Library or online at www.stepupnemaha.com. You can also contact a member of the Corning, KS Community Fund committee and we would be happy to help with your donation. Thank you to everyone that contributes to make our small town a great place to live. Hopefully, it will cool off soon so everyone can enjoy the newly completed toddler addition at the park.

Excited to see the new toddler playground addition to the Corning City Park? Thank you to all who donated to STEP Match Day 2022, The Corning Day Committee, and the City of Corning! Join us this year as we are working to update the restrooms at the park. Every dollar donated for Match Day 2023 goes twice as far as we get a match up to $4,000. Come see us at Corning Day. Ideas for future projects welcome as we are all "Livin the Small Town Dream"
