First practice will be on Monday Oct 16, 2017
from 6p-8p. We will have a light work out, so please wear sweat pants or shorts. No jeans.
The 1st hour or so, we will go over our program as well as the rules with the boxers and their parents. We've had a good turn out so far and people can still sign up on practice nights.
