Just because the calendar says September doesn’t mean Texas has gotten the memo! 🥵🌞

With temperatures still soaring, it’s important for players, coaches, referees, and families to take the heat seriously on game day.

💧 Hydrate early and often, even during the week!
💧 Bring plenty of water
👕 Wear lightweight, breathable clothing
🧴 Use sunscreen
⛱️ Take advantage of shade whenever possible and bring canopies
❤️ Listen to your body and speak up if you feel overheated

Stay cool, stay hydrated, and most importantly—PLAY SAFE! 💙⚽
