This is great information from Community Scale and Regional Planning Commission of Greater Birmingham. RPCBG has undertaken a housing study for our region. https://communityscale.com/birmingham-regional-housing-study/ Data drives decision making. Fortunately for Cordova, we have access to great information from the Regional Planning Commission as well as others that help us propose investment opportunities to others. With nearly 24,000 rooftop deficiency in our region, housing is a critical issue, like it is across the nation. It is great to get a good paying job but if you don't have anywhere to live... Also these studies help us determine how housing trends are changing and how best to pivot development plans. You may have plan A but you better have plan B through Z, just in case.
